U3O8 Signs JV Agreement on Gold Project in Argentina: 9th March 2012; U3O8 Limited is pleased to announce that it's 100% owned subsidiary, Piche Resources, has signed a JV Agreement with MH Argnentina S.A. on the Cerro Chacon Project in Argentina.

U3O8 Signs Heads of Agreement on Sierra Cuadrada Uranium Project in Argentina: 7th December 2011; U3O8 Limited is pleased to announce that it has signed a Heads of Agreement with Canadian based U3O8 Corp, on the Sierra Cuadrada Uranium Project in Argentina.
